"The Strategic Planning Committee of Spillman Public Library needs your input. Please help our library provide North Fond du Lac and the surrounding communities with the best possible service by completing a short online survey.
Go to http://www.northfonddulaclibrary.org/ and click on "short survey" to access the form. If you prefer, paper surveys are available at the library, 719 Wisconsin Avenue. All responses must be submitted to the library by June 1, 2012. Signed responses will be entered in a drawing for a $25 FDL Area Association of Commerce Gift Certificate, which can be redeemed at over 800 local businesses. Please only one survey per individual.
